Research shows that about 90% of decisions are made by the limbic system which is located in the brain. This is the same system that processes emotions, therefore, 90% of all decisions are made based on emotions!

90% of all purchases, sales, signups etc are made based on emotions. Therefore, you have to use or display emotions when approaching customers. When advertising, when branding- use emotions. Your digital ads, websites, social media platforms, brochures, catalogues, banners etc should show emotions: emojis, happy faces, smiling faces, emotional faces and so on. This way you will scale up your business as more people will get to engage with your products or content.
